I am honored you are here.

A Small Candle began as a collection of love letters to mothers - to the mothers in my life, to my past and future selves, to my sisters and my own mother. Motherhood is a messy and beautifully unique experience, but so much joy and encouragement can be shared through connection and community. My inspiration comes from my own journey, as well as conversations with the wise and wonderful people in my life. I believe that we are stronger when we walk in love together. “Thousands of candles can be lit from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared” (Buddha).
